here's a picture i took in our front yard of a violet. i used the Orton effect action that i got from coffee shop's blog (LOTS of free actions and other fun stuff--check it out at http://coffeeteaphotography.blogspot.com/ ) along with the vignette action and rounded corners action from coffee shop. i think i got the small drop shadow action from another site. i love how the flower is in focus and the background is blurry.

i'm hoping to get some AZ pix scrapped and posted soon. i did a few effects on some pictures, and i'll do others as i make pages. will try to post those pictures soon. i had a lot of fun visiting with my mom, dogs, and relatives. we made a quick run to Sedona, and i got some AMAZING pictures from the truck as we were driving!
